The 11th Pathway Excellence Award Function, organized by the Dr. Dathu Rao Memorial Charitable Trust, was held with great enthusiasm on 21 August 2026 at the Pamela Martinez Pathway Agro Farm,
Agili Village, Madhurantagam Taluk.
Mr.Alex Martinez and Mrs.Pamela Martinez graced the occasion as Chief Guests. They inaugurated the newly constructed auditorium by cutting the ribbon and planted a tree sapling along with Dr. Chandra Prasad, Co-Founder, General Secretary and Honorary Director of Pathway.
The event featured an impressive exhibition of science working models by students of P.M. Pathway School, while students from Pathway Centre, Chennai and Sabin Pathway Centre showcased a variety of creative handmade products.
The function was attended by Former President Mrs. Dhuli Patnaik, President Mr. Abhijeet Parekh, Vice President Mr. Amit Sachdeva, Treasurer Mr. Santhanagopalan and Trustees Mr. Shanth Jain, Mrs. Usha Rammohan, Mrs. D. Dhanam and Mrs. R. Indumathi. The dignitaries also participated in the traditional lighting of the Kuthuvilakku.
A total of 29 awardees, including staff members, were honoured with certificates and cash awards for their outstanding achievements and dedication. Students added colour to the celebration through vibrant cultural programmes.
Dr. Chandra Prasad welcomed the Chief Guests and dignitaries and highlighted their valuable contributions to Pathway. The event brought together parents, students, staff and well-wishers in a celebration of
excellence, talent and inclusion.
Pathway expressed its heartfelt gratitude to all the dignitaries, parents, students, staff, supporters and well-wishers for their valuable contribution to the success of the programme. The celebration reaffirmed Pathway’s commitment to nurturing talent, encouraging education and creating opportunities for children and young achievers.
